She sang songs. [Hotpress Street Style]

This photie was taken by the loverly Ruth Medjber for Hotpress about two weeks ago. The jumpsuit I’ve mentioned before on this What I Wore Wednesday. Myself and some of the Dublin magazine heads were talking about street styling and how so many people are so used to it by now that they seem to have themselves a signature pose. As you can probably tell, I’m not street styled that often, so this was the best I could do.

She loved to say ‘I told you so’. [Asos.com trends hotlist]

Sarah Wilkinson, head of design at Asos.com compiled her ‘Hotlist’ for Autumn/Winter. It’s very much what I expected but take a look at the fantastic graphics to go along with it.I picked out five of the ten pieces, see the others here. (Click image to enlarge)

She shoe-shoe-shoe-shoooe¬†people. [Topshop boots]

Although I wear these ALL THE TIME, I still can’t decide if I actually like them or not… Isn’t that strange?

She shopped in the real world. [Olivia Palermo]

Bought this hat on Asos.com on Wednesday. It’s currently in Athlone. Here it is modeled by the uber stylish Olivia Palermo. We’re the spit of each other. Cough.

And this is just cause she’s a hot piece of ass:

She felt all warm inside. [Dublin fashion blogs unite]

I’ve had a bit of a rough two weeks, so when I came into work on Tuesday morning I was tired, upset and pissed off. I checked my blog, as I normally do in the morning, and spotted a link from Blanaid. When I clicked on the page I was slightly shocked to see a screen shot of my banner and a piece on my blog under her ‘irish blogs’ post.

Then I was very happy.

WFWF is a new born in blog terms, I’ve wanted to do it ever since I first went into journalism school but couldn’t quite get it right. And so, it’s so humbling to see someone is enjoying reading it as much as I enjoy writing it (and researching it), especially someone as wonderfully talented as Blanaid Hennessy. Check out what she says here.

Thanks again Blanaid.

[What I wore Wednesday] She took a stroll on George’s Street.

Happy hump day! (Whatever that means) Theses are some of the ‘fits I wore during the week. As you can see it wasn’t a very eventful one. That shirt’s an xxx large from Pennys which I oft wear to bed (I wash it before I leave the house) and the ickle green belt is from Wildchild, which I saw is getting itself together for it’s new place!

The cardy in the top two photos was on sale in Topshop for a steelie 15 quid. It will be my Winter staple.

My bag is last year’s Jasper Conran and is too heavy for me to carry long distances.

Toodles!

Note: Shout out to Augustine Blofeld for the pics.
Ye happy now? x
